2. Ordering & Payment

• By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount specified at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any such changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and delivery address information.

3. Food Allergy Disclaimer

Please be aware that our meals are prepared in a kitchen that may handle major food allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, and peanuts.

While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination for specific allergy requests and custom meals, we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free of allergens. By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk and agree that Rebirth Meals is not liable for any adverse reactions.

4. Delivery & Order Deadlines

We operate on a weekly schedule. Orders must be placed by the designated deadline each week to ensure delivery for that upcoming week. If an order is placed after the cutoff, we reserve the right to cancel the order or move it to the following delivery cycle. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Because our meals are perishable and freshly prepared to order, all sales are final. We typically do not offer refunds or allow cancellations once an order has been submitted and the weekly deadline has passed. If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our site strictly for lawful personal use, such as ordering meals. Any misuse of the site, including submitting false information, attempting to hack, or reverse-engineering our ordering system or vector assets, is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rebirth Meals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services or products.
